Clues that someone is touting a scam
are: 1) they offer a guarantee, 2) they offer huge returns,
usually far in excess
of current interest rates or other returns, and 3) their
offer sounds too good to be true. Ask yourself, "If
it does turn out to be a scam, will I have a recourse?" Or, "Can
I get my money back?" If it is an individual, or a company
with no assets, or with hidden assets, the answer is usually
no. Prepare for marriage, financially; discuss finances with
your partner, before you marry. Protect your heirs, and plan
your estate.
